March-ing along...

Ok, so this post is especially for Polly who said that I needed a new one. Judging that I haven't done one in three months I think she has a point. So what's new? Well, quite a bit- had lots of people leave and new people arrive. Have started getting ridiculous hours at work- 6 day weeks, what's that about? And have been enjoying life here still (despite some mystery continued illness...).

Have done a few nice things though- chef mickey's, the hoop-dee-doo review, typhoon lagoon a couple of times etc...Have started to do parks slowly now- taking our time grabbing lunch- it's really good to be able to relax and take things at my own pace a bit more.

Over the past week (yes, that's about as far back as I can remember...) Monday spent the day at typhoon lagoon- just chilling out and enjoying the sunshine (it's getting warm at the mo- 30 degrees every day). Tues we did flower and garden at epcot (Me, Sophie, Caroline). Had cheeky frozen margaritas on the way round world showcase. Then went to Hollywood studios, then had beans on toast and watched Mrs Doubtfire!! Thursday went to Vain in the evening for Deb's birthday- was really good fun.

Today it's really stormy, and it's going to be like this all day- which sucks because it's my only day off this week. Hopefully it will clear up so soph and I can go to Sanaa at AK Lodge for lunch!!

Anyhoo, must dash!

Happy New Year!

Long time no blog? So not to make excuses or anything for not having blogged in a month, but it's been a bit dramatic (unintentionally) for me recently. Won't go into too much detail but it has involved illness (yes still), and a hospital visit. It's kind of meant that this month has been very quiet compared to previous...

Work has been fun when I've been feeling ok! Last night was New Year's Eve and it was awesome. Did some magical moments, worked my bum off on toys- in between celebrating UK new year with a lady from Fife and her family from Cambridge who I joined to sing auld lang syne as I couldn't find everyone else- then did 20 mins of kidcot before a manic 2 hours on cart...ended up on tea side for US New Year, although I did not appreciate missing the countdown for a lady that couldn't decide what to buy...fireworks were awesome though!!!

So what else has happened? I visited Harry Potter- that was fun... there was the winter formal- again fun- and very American! My family came to visit over xmas- although was either working or sleeping so didn't see them as much as I'd have liked to.

So, yeah, it's been a weird few weeks of nothing much happening, or should I say, me missing the stuff that has been going on. Hopefully 2011 will get off to a better start!!
